The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and host guests! Just off the kitchen is an expansive back patio with lounge seating, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or calming after a day at the beach. Attached is the laundry room with a high efficiency washer and dryer as well as beach chairs for those making a trip to the beach! **This is the only room in the home that operates on a mini split. The remainder of the home is on a central air system**We have plenty of space with four inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to create a serene ambiance. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and and desk and chair looking out to the window and back yard space. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bed is furnished with two twin beds and additional blankets. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed and ensuite with walk in shower and vanity. There is a second bigger bathroom in the hallway with a bath tub/shower combo.
