Ample space is what makes this home ideal for our guests including two family areas, dining area, breakfast nook, and seven bedrooms. A elegant chef's kitchen, with room for all the cooks in the family, includes a 14 ft. island with bar-style seating, a double-door commercial refrigerator, and a second refrigerator, an ice-maker machine, gas stove, two dishwashers, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig. This kitchen and dining areas which can seat 20 people make meal preparation, entertaining, and cleanup a joy. Please note the 7th bedroom will need to share a tub/shower with another bedroom. There is an added half bathroom for convenienceThe exterior includes a direct boardwalk to the ocean and features high-grade exterior furnishings on the upper deck with seating for 15, and a covered lower deck with seating for 10 including a deck swing and a couch. In addition, there is plentiful poolside furnishings and a gas grille to add to the fish cleaning table, outdoor games like corn hole, croquet, and a basketball hoop. A booster seat, high chair, and pack 'n play are available to accommodate everybody. With the daily tides comes the option to play in the natural tidal pools, hunt for that always elusive sand dollar, jump the waves in the ocean, or cast your line from three different perspectives. Actual distance to the sand and surf are subject to change, as are the dune structures.
