This 2nd story condominium, located in the heart of BHI’s maritime forest, has been newly refreshed, freshly furnished and gorgeously decorated.

• Sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and there are 2 Twin beds in the loft.
• 2 entirely furnished balconies for you to appreciate the striking outdoors. One overlooks BHI Club golf course hole #14 and the other overlooks the community pool open to all Royal James’ guests.
• All bed, bath, and pool/beach linens are supplied.
• Two golf carts are included: one 4-seater and one 2-seater.
• BHI Club Guest memberships are available and sold separately.

Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James.
