Pretty, 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom - brand new home!  This home has an inverted floor plan to maximize the best vistas Holden Beach has to offer.  Three of the bedrooms have King beds with connected baths, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen/Queen Bunkbed with close access to the bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have their own TV's. Unwind in your own private pool, appreciate the innate beauty our island has to offer from the covered front and back decks or chillax in the sitting room and read a book if you’re not a pool, beach or tv person.  1040 Break has it all!  

The home has a residential elevator to help with assistance of carrying your suitcases between floors.  This makes unpacking a breeze!  Please follow displayed rules and instructions.

The well-appointed kitchen features a gas range/oven, refrigerator, constructed-in microwave, and dishwasher.  Upstairs living area features enormous screen TV.  The natural light is opulent and the decor is beach chic. There is all new furnishings throughout this pretty home.

After a great day on the beach or at the pool, you have an enclosed private hot and cold outside shower for those who would rather savor as much fresh air as they can. 

Just a short walk to the beach access.

Bed Linens (Beds in bedrooms only, Beds made on arrival), Towels and Bath Mats are included for weekly units. 

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Planet Fun and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming and other activities like golfing.

Get the best rental home value:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
