Exterior amenities include outside shower,savor the outdoors new sitting area under car port with a great view of the bay,you will appreciate the new deck renovations, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
