Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo/cd player, WIFI, fireplace & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, sun deck, covered porch, floating boat dock & 2 hammocks. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING *** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
