Located on the beautiful south end of Wrightsville Beach this freshly remodeled single family home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. High end finishes and just steps from the ocean front. Within one block is the incredible Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier along with the South End Coffee Shop and local surf shop. Our property also offers something else difficult to find on Wrightsville and that is plenty of parking. Our property has a 2 car garage as well as paved parking for a minimum of 4 additional cars.
You will not find a more handsome and cavernous main bath and the ocean vistas from the private deck are amazing.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South End, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Cameron Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House. Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
