Recently modernized in 2022, this first floor condo is located on the west end of the island and is just a short, one block walk to the public beach access. Appreciate fun in the sun on the beach or sun bathe around one of the 3 community pools. Test your skills on the court with a friendly game of tennis or pickle ball. Meander along the close by sound side boardwalk or put in your kayak/paddle board to navigate the inlets of Jinks Creek along the intercoastal waterway.
