Magnificent Seven on the Marsh! Unique seven-bedroom marsh front bespoke home offers both ocean and ICW vistas. Every bedroom has its own TV and en suite bathroom, and that's just the tip of the sand dune! The home is constructed with architectural and design details to create a vacation getaway you will book year after year. Interior highlights include a dream kitchen with two fridges and dishwashers, a sizable apron front sink, and ample preparation space on elegant honed granite. There are two living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows to capture marshland and ICW vistas, plus spectacular ocean vistas from the second floor and widows walk. The top floor living room has a vaulted ceiling, and a gas fireplace with a bespoke mantel surround, constructed-in cabinets and shiplap that complements the home's coastal farmhouse décor. Accessories bring personality to the calming neutral palette. Special millwork blends the best of time-honored craftsmanship with today's lifestyle. There are wood floors in living and bedroom areas, and bespoke tile bathrooms with granite or quartz counters. The two living rooms have enormous TVs, and every room has a USB port. One bedroom/bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The home has a three-stop elevator. An upsized lot accepts for the best in outdoor living. There is a 40' x 16' private pool (really private backyard - no home can be constructed behind it), a tiki bar, and 1300 square feet of covered decks on two levels. Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day for entire stay. Decks are connected by outside staircases, which eliminate traipsing through the home to get from the pool to the top floor kitchen or from one deck to another. Beach access is only 150 yards away – wash off the sand in the outdoor shower before appreciating lunch at the picnic table. The home sleeps 20: 4 king-bedded rooms; 1 room with two doubles; one with a double and twin with a trundle, and one bunk room with 4 constructed in bunk beds, linens supplied! See complete list of amenities below.

Getting the best Ocean Isle Beach vacation home experience:

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Wilmington, NC area visitors guide magazines which will include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Filter your rental search:

  • First and foremost, have your group select the best dates and a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. 347E2 - Luxury Home with Magnificent Views has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking websites. If not, contact the host before booking the vacation home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Are you looking for special amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental
  • Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.

Considerations for your stay:

  • We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • During arrival, record any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of issues.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a terrific source for finding the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
