Kitchen has been completely updated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking. Living space & primary bedroom both flow effortlessly to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional relaxing area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely modernized with all new tiled showers with glass doors, and gorgeous new floors.
Primary Bedroom is upstairs along with a second bedroom that has a king bed than can be converted into 2 twin bed.
