23 Channel is an adorable beach bungalow in a striking Ocean Isle west end neighborhood, superior vistas found in each direction...sunsets and so much more!

This refreshed mid-island home has an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Appreciate the comfortable great room, a private, enclosed outdoor shower, and swings overlooking the pond.

The first bedroom has 2 twin singles, with access to the hallway bathroom tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also shares access to the hallway bathroom.

On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin singles and the other with a queen bed. Each has their own private bath with walk-in showers.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

​​​​​​​Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $220 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would back home.
• When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
