Pretty refreshed Kitchen for 2025. New appliances, ceiling beams and many more updates. Come appreciate this great inverted home with ocean and waterway vistas from the front deck. Relaxing on the screened porch will have you in Absolute Bliss! Open living/dining/kitchen area upstairs with one bedroom and bath on this level. This home is a short walk to beach access (between 126 & 128 OBE) and has a cavernous enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower/changing area and picnic table. Living area has queen sleeper couch (with sheets included). WIFI, DVD, sound system, expanded cable. HDTVs in living area and all bedrooms.
