Unwind with family and friends in this relaxing place to stay. Our "Beach Daze" duplex upper unit offers a fenced in yard for your furry family members and kids. Just 5 blocks from beach in a friendly, laid-back, peaceful neighborhood. Dog park and walking trail close by.

If you have a sizable group of people traveling together, we might be able to host the group by renting both upstairs and downstairs units if they are both available at the time.

NOTE: No events or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00pm - 7:00am. Please refrain from loud music or loitering during this time frame. Only registered overnight guests are allowed to stay up to unit max. No smoking allowed. Thanks!

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Wilmington, NC area. To book the best rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
