Located on the peaceful east end of Ocean Isle Beach, NC this 2015 beach home is ideal for 2 families with kids. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, an elevator, enormous heated pool, a captains lookout with vistas of the ocean and marsh. The kitchen is completely equipped including a wet bar. Outside around the pool you will find a tiki bar with mini refrigerator, sink, picnic table, outside shower and a charcoal grille. Take in the gorgeous vistas on one of the many outside decks or take a short 1 min. walk to one of the most peaceful, secluded beaches on Ocean Isle Beach.

  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
