• Guest access to the elevator and front door is by electronic push button deadbolt locks. No key to share! We will send you your access code prior to your arrival. Old codes from previous guests expire after their rental period.

Parking at our home is in front and under the home on a gravel driveway. Available parking for six cars to fit large families. Access code to the keyless entry upon your check in.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Peak Season (May to August 30th): Minimum 7-day stay (Saturday to Saturday).
- Offseason: Minimum 3-nighttime stay.

No smoking and no family pets are allowed as a courtesy to all guests. Renter must be 25+ years old and stay on premises.

The cleaning fee on your VRBOreservation does include whole home bed linens and bath towels, as well as bed making. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.*

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
