Our prime and very private location is off Sea Turtle Path and 2nd Street (3rd row with ocean vistas) and within 100 Yards to beach access. After the beach, enjoy our roomy inground pool , with lounge chairs, grille, outdoor shower, and tiki bar.

+ Bath for Bedroom #2 features a bespoke tile and frameless glass shower and tub combo and single granite topped vanity.
+ Bath for Bedroom #3 (bunk room) has a bespoke tile and frameless glass shower and single granite topped vanity. This bathroom also has exterior access to pool area and has added security door notification.
+ Bath for Bedroom #4 has a bespoke tile and frameless glass shower, double granite topped vanity.
+ Bath for Bedroom #5 features a shower and single granite topped vanity.

• Wood trimmed 3 stop elevator (950 lb. capacity) makes bringing in groceries and bags simple. Can accommodates wheelchair access.
• Giant 26’x14’ in-ground pool features wide stair entry for painless access.
• Fenced pool deck area includes a tiki bar (with outlets to plug in a blender, etc.) and lounge chairs.
• Propane grille available for use (refillable propane tank can be filled locally).
• Ground level includes a beach/pool shower, and changing room.
• House is equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, beach cart, and cooler to wheel the chairs and drinks to the beach.
• This home is family friendly, including pack-n-play, portable high chair, puzzles, toys, games and books.
• Guests have access to ground floor storage area to securely store toys, golf clubs, and beach equipment.

TECHNOLOGY AND SECURITY FEATURES:
• Guest access to the elevator and front door is by electronic push button deadbolt locks. No key to share! We will send you your access code prior to your arrival. Old codes from previous guests expire after their rental period.
• We are equipped with secure high speed Wi-Fi internet access to stay connected or download movies from the web.
• Enormous flat screen HDTVs (60' and 55') w/ Roku in both family rooms.
Guest access
Parking at our home is in front and under the home on a gravel driveway. Available parking for six cars to fit large families. Access code to the keyless entry upon your check in.
Other things to note
Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Peak Season (May to August 30th): Minimum 7-day stay (Saturday to Saturday).
- Offseason: Minimum 3-nighttime stay.

No smoking and no family pets are allowed as a courtesy to all guests. Renter must be 25+ years old and stay on premises.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance.

For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

The cleaning fee on your VRBOreservation does include whole home bed linens and bath towels, as well as bed making. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.*

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Finding your best deal:
