Summary:
This oceanfront condo offers unobstructed ocean vistas and an open floor plan. From the living room of this 3 BR condo your attention is immediately drawn out the double sliding doors to the ocean. The ocean vistas continue from the main BR which shares access to the broad oceanfront deck via another set of sliding doors. Both guest bedrooms are extremely cavernous This unit has an extraordinary location and is an simple bicycle ride to the boardwalk!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo- PLEASE park in assigned covered space and parking row AND note OVERSIZED cars or overhead storage might not fit.

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

- Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer: fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many striking eateries , eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out the new mural project around Carolina Beach too!

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

About the Area

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Wilmington, NC restaurants, beaches, and activities.
