This home's unique design and location was done with close attention to details in mind. Located between the ocean and the sound, you are able to savor amazing ocean sunrises and sunsets in the front and marsh vistas and wildlife in the back. With four covered porches, you can pick any spot to sit back, relax and get a great view. The reverse floor plan also gives you the added additional of experiencing those excellent vistas from inside the main living level. The open concept accepts everybody to be together and in on the conversation, reminiscing about the good old days. Adults and kids alike can appreciate the huge pool area with a rare additional seating/picnic area. Located on a river, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
