Welcome to Blue Crab, managed by Brunswick Vacation Units! The ultimate beach getaway in Ocean Isle Beach, where luxury and relaxation come together to create an memorable vacation experience! This striking new build will take your breath away the moment you step inside. This home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private outdoor pool, Tiki Bar, and open floor-plan concept! The home is complete with pretty ocean vistas. You'll wake up each day feeling like you're living a dream while being just steps away from the ocean!

The five well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests. On the first floor, guests will adore spending time together hanging out on the sectional couch, wet bar, and entertain one another with the included assortment of games that everybody in your group will appreciate. It's the ideal space to let loose and create memories that will last a lifetime. *Please note that the sectional couch pulls out into a Queen bed, though linens and towels will NOT be supplied for the pull out couch.*

Also on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and two Single beds up top to make up this unique, bespoke "bunk bed". The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and these two bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a King size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom equipped with a tiled walk in shower.

The top floor has 2 additional bedrooms, both with a King size bed, and both with their own private en-suite bathroom with impressive walk-in showers.

All the bedrooms have Intelligent TV's.

The entirely equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern appliances including 2 dishwashers, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Savor culinary creations at the broad eat-in kitchen table and island, or take advantage of dining outdoors on the 2nd floor balcony. This kitchen is completely equipped with all essential kitchenware. Prepping and cleaning up after meals will be a breeze, even for enormous groups!

The living room features comfortable seating, a sizable flat-screen Intelligent TV, and huge windows that flood the space with natural light.

Step outside and enter a heaven that awaits you! One of the standout features of this craftsman-style vacation rental is the private pool area. This area features a Tiki Bar and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system, making it the ideal place to relax, soak up the sun, or grille out with the entire family! Appreciate your favorite drink and bask in the warm sun while listening to your favorite tunes. When you're ready to cool off, take a invigorating dip in the shining water or float on pool noodles, all while soaking up the sun's rays.

For added convenience, an elevator is available, providing painless access to all levels of the home. Whether you're carrying groceries or simply want to avoid the stairs, this thoughtful amenities ensures that everybody can move effortlessly throughout the property.

There is also a storage closet fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and beach toys for your stay!

As a guest at “Blue Heaven”, you'll also have access to “The Resort at OIB” Community Conveniences Center with an ocean front pool, located adjacent to the property. Take advantage of the additional pool access, bathrooms, a crab dock, and private beach access to enhance your vacation experience!

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

​​​​​​​The pool is open year round, however, there is an optional fee of $150 a day to heat the pool between April 1 and October 31. If you want to heat the pool, it can only be heated for the ENTIRETY of your stay, meaning you can NOT pick and choose certain days you want it heated, it has to be for the entire time you're there. The fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to your check-in day, and NO refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason. Guests are NOT allowed to adjust the temperature or tamper with the pool equipment. Pools are heated to 84 degrees max. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump does and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.

For this home we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it.
