Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Wilmington, NC attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.

• Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
• Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
