Upstairs is where this home really shines with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the modern coastal space with an airy ambiance that pairs well with vacation vibes! As you walk into the master bedroom, you're welcomed into a calming space that features a opulent king-size bed, magnificant coffered ceilings that are vaulted, floor-to-ceiling windows, flatscreen TV, and walk-in closets. The ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like experience with double vanity and an upsized tiled shower.

All 4 of the cavernous guest bedrooms are located downstairs and have simple access to the 2nd covered porch on this level. 3 of the 4 guest bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds, flatscreen TVs, closets, and our hotel-quality linens. 2 of those bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. If you have kids joining you or a family that would like to share the same room, you'll appreciate the last bedroom that's furnished with a queen-size bed and bunk bed. We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
