Upstairs is where this home really shines with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the modern coastal space with an airy ambiance that pairs well with vacation vibes! The inverted and open floor plan was even strategically devised to maximize the partial ocean vistas, and the finishes will blow you away — coffered ceilings, bespoke wood paneling, and much more! You'll find striking furnishings, a gas fireplace, and sizable flatscreen TV in the living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a massive kitchen island with seating for 4, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. This main living space is finished by the dining area with seating for up to 10 along with a half bath.

As you walk into the master bedroom, you're welcomed into a relaxing space that features a opulent king-size bed, exceptional coffered ceilings that are vaulted, floor-to-ceiling windows, flatscreen TV, and walk-in closets. The ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like experience with double vanity and an upsized tiled shower.

All 4 of the roomy guest bedrooms are located downstairs and have simple access to the 2nd covered porch on this level. 3 of the 4 guest bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds, flatscreen TVs, closets, and our hotel-quality linens. 2 of those bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
