The first-floor family room features a 42” flat-screen TV, Xbox, and Bose 3-2-1 sound system. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor features a huge open-concept kitchen with a drink center, plenty of cabinet space, Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a separate dining area with additional seating at the sizable center island. The Great Room is striking and cavernous with a 60” flat-screen TV. The King primary bedroom located off of the Great Room has a private bath, 42” flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and closet.

Savor your morning coffee under one of the covered porches with outdoor seating and peaceful ocean vistas.
