Less than a mile to Oak Island’s south-facing beaches, Casa Del Mar OKI is a ideal 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq. ft. home with tons of amenities. Sleeping 8, this home is close to the 20th street foot bridge, Middleton Ave, and Downtown OKI.

Plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) in the front driveway. Ample space in the driveway to store all your beach gear. When you come home, rinse off and rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. Cozy up with good book and a cup of coffee on the Screened in Porch. Out back, a charcoal grille is included to prepare all your favorites.
