The residence features two entrances, one private and located off of the kitchen and the other located inside the primary hallway of the 8-unit complex.

Guests have access to the entire premises of unit 4.

Guests must complete a rental agreement. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee which entitles guests to bring up to 2 medium sized dogs. No cats or other animals are allowed in this property.
