Summary:
This gorgeous one bedroom residence is located within the historic Wooster House building in downtown Wilmington, close to eateries, bars, shopping, and just steps from downtown's famed Riverwalk district. Pet friendly and featuring a completely remodeled and entirely equipped kitchen, this residence aims to please with a cavernous living room, brand new streaming TVs, high speed wifi, and a private entrance! Also of note are the huge semi-private yard adjacent to this unit, ideal for walking your favorite furry friend, having a picnic, or simply laying back with a choice book in hand!

The Space:
This residence is a one bedroom, one bathroom, property of roughly 500 square feet. It features a completely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer combo, dining table with service for four, and a sleeper couch and flat screen streaming TV in the living room. The bedroom features a posturepedic king bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. The residence features two entrances, one private and located off of the kitchen and the other located inside the primary hallway of the 8-unit complex.

Guests have access to the entire premises of unit 4.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee which entitles guests to bring up to 2 medium sized dogs. No cats or other animals are allowed in this property.

Located by the sea, this apartment is in Wilmington Historic District, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Latimer House and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Halyburton Park.
