The living room, located on the 3rd floor, features a flat-screen TV, seating for seven, two rocking chairs, and access to an ocean-view balcony.

The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space to prepare and savor meals together, with a dining table for eight and a kitchen counter with five bar stools. Modern appliances, including a refrigerator, flat-top stove, microwave, and modest appliances like a coffee maker and blender, make meal prep a breeze. The home also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

With five bedrooms, including two master suites, everybody will have their own space to relax.
