The middle floor is the heart of the home, featuring a completely outfitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a dining table with seating for eight, and an open living area. The top floor offers an additional common area with seating, a wet bar, and access to another oceanfront deck, making it the ideal spot for evening drinks or calming with friends.

Breakin' Free South offers four well-appointed bedrooms, including a opulent oceanfront master suite on the first floor with a king bed, private deck, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a garden tub and stand-up shower. A second king bedroom on the top floor, a queen bedroom, and a full bedroom provide additional sleeping accommodations, each with its own TV, ceiling fan, and private or shared bathroom.
