  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
