The soundfront condo sits 100 yards from Wrightsville’s famed white sand beaches and faces the elegant vistas of Lollipop Bay, the Intracoastal waterway, and the tidal marsh. You’ll be in a prime location for watersports, swimming, sunbathing, fishing, and surfing. Or stay on the property and appreciate the community pool, clubhouse, and tennis court for more low-key adventures. For additional fun, take a short car ride to Wilmington’s Central Business District or across the drawbridge for more dining, shopping, and excursions.
