The unique staggered tons on the north end of the island offer an nearly ocean front feel and open vistas of the ocean despite being 3 homes back from the beach. There is a pathway leading from the rear of the home to the ocean and the lack of on street parking on Sand Dollar Lane gives this home a more residential and secluded ambiance.

As you enter “Del Ray” you are greeted by a amazing open living space that is really the heart of this alluring home. A huge sectional couch provides a excellent space for the family to gather.
