This striking constructed home is located in the charming Braemar area, on the way to East Beach, it's a second-row beauty with great vistas and brand new décor. We probably get more accolades about this home than any other. Immaculate. Top of the line. Well equipped. Finest of everything. We hear it all.
The living area is on the second floor to maximize vistas. And there are tons of decks and porches for outdoor living and entertaining. Each bedroom has its own full bath. TVs in every bedroom and an oversize flat screen in the living room. The downstairs living area has a queen-size pullout couch for additional sleeping. The kids rooms has two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV for games and movies. Just steps away from the private walkway to the secluded beach that's used just by adjacent homeowners. You have to experience this home to see what they mean.

• Summer is high season in Bald Head Island. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
