The second bedroom is a cozy guest bedroom that offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. A junior primary suite with a plush king bed is located down the hall. Completed with a private en-suite bathroom and deck, this room offers plenty of space to relax in privacy after a long day of sun and sand.

Upstairs on the top floor of “E-Sea Living” is the main living area. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for families to gather. A huge sectional couch welcomes you to curl up with a blanket and indulge in a family movie nighttime. There is a deck so you can appreciate your morning coffee or evening wine with a remarkable sunrise and sea birds circling. The kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. With all the amenities of home guests will find that meal prep in this home is just as breezy as the beach! A full bathroom located on this floor provides convenience for visitors and jack and jills to the primary suite. Furnished with a welcoming king bed, this room has its own private deck that overlooks the back yard.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the HVAC platform facing the fire pit and two in the carport that face the entry door of the home and the driveway.
