Upon entering the main floor, you'll discover four gorgeously appointed bedrooms, each accompanied by its own opulent full bathroom. The first bedroom on the main floor, is suited with 2 queen beds, offering enchanting vistas of the shimmering pool, and jack and jill ensuite bathroom complete with an inviting tub/shower combination. Located on the pool side is the second bedroom, suited with a full/full bunk bed with twin trundle, this bedroom also shares the jack and jill bathroom. Positioned on the serene street side, the third and fourth bedrooms are suited with King-sized beds and private ensuites, walk in shower.

Ascend to the top floor, where two additional bedrooms and half bathroom await alongside the culinary epicenter of the home: the gourmet kitchen and gracious dining/living room area. Indulge in a completely outfitted haven designed to cater to every guest's want! Immerse yourself in culinary delights with an broad array of kitchen amenities, from essential baking dishes to a sleek blender and a trusty toaster, all complemented by brand new appliances that promise seamless culinary adventures.

The first of these upper-floor retreats is located on the street side, suited with a King-sized bed and a private ensuite tub/shower setup. Located on the street side, the final bedroom features a queen bed.

Beyond the kitchen, guests are treated to an array of additional amenities thoughtfully supplied for their enjoyment. Dive into beachside bliss with body boards and comfortable beach chairs, shielded from the sun's rays by extravagant umbrellas.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.

Cleaning fee will include an upgraded linen package with sheets and towels for all beds, bed making, and an essentials package to get your vacation started. 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kure Beach and Caswell Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Finding your perfect rental:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Book your Wilmington, NC rental property in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Often, property management companies supply Wilmington, NC area travel guide magazines which will include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself.   • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to inspire future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
