With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit features its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide broad oceanfront vistas, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to Bar-B-Que or indulge in beach games in the sand. Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four body boards, two adult and three kid bicycles, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.
