Welcome to Stay Salty. We are the right side of an ocean view duplex town home and just a short walk to the beach. You will adore all the high-end finishes of this handsome home. When you first walk in you'll notice the huge open floor plan - living room, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a enormous 65" Intelligent TV in the living room. The kitchen has quartz countertops, solid wood cabinets, waterproof Pergo floor, and a granite back splash with wall mounted pot filler faucet. Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with queen bed, Intelligent TV, and full bathroom off the hall.

On the second floor are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is cavernous with a queen bed, has a Intelligent TV, and on-suite private bathroom with walk in shower with multiple shower heads and a sizable walk in closet. Just down the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed and Intelligent TV, a full bathroom off the hall, and the fourth bedroom with queen bed and a Intelligent TV.

Off the master bedroom is a deck with spiral stairs up to a rooftop patio and phenomenal ocean view.

We have parking for four cars and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The backyard has a brand-new pergola with outdoor lighting, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grille and a picnic table.

The public beach access is a short four-min. walk away, and we provide a rolling cart for all your beach gear.

Savor all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famed boardwalk, eateries, great seafood, bars, ice cream stores, coffee stores, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive car you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

Rent a paddle boat on the lake, rent jet skis on the inlet, surf fish, pier fish, or just lay on the beach soaking up the sun. With so many choices you'll have as much or as little to do as you'd like during your vacation!

  • Summertime is high season in Carolina Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
