The home offers a commercial gas range, 2 commercial fridges, high capacity steam washer and dryer, wine storage and cooler, a microwave, additional sizable granite kitchen island with deep well sink in disposal, feet-friendly composite decking, under-cabinet LED lighting, dual deep sinks in the kitchen, and a coffee station with Keurig and regular coffee maker. New for 2024, a stand alone ice maker in the first level den area. 2 Sleep Number beds in top floor bedrooms. Updated paint, furnishings, and pretty décor throughout.

Covered porches on all three levels provide impressive ocean vistas. This home offers private beach access, along with a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), an enclosed outdoor shower, and a boardwalk shower. With six bedrooms and six and a half baths, including two primary suites with flat-screen TVs, and a second-floor den that includes a wet bar and microwave, this Hobbs Intelligent Home is a roomy beach escape! The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Sailfish Park.   • Summertime is the most expensive season in Holden Beach. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
