Four additional bar stools are available for the breakfast bar and sleek counter-height desk, an ideal perch for those who may still need to keep up with work or school while away from home. The entirely supplied kitchen features gleaming stainless-steel appliances along with plenty of counter and storage space. A sliding barn door leads to the laundry room, where a full-sized washer and dryer are included so that sandy towels and swimsuits are ready for the next day’s adventures.

Just off the living room, the master bedroom features a king bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an attached private bath with a double vanity and step in shower. On the opposite side of the home, you’ll find the second bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and wall-mounted TV, as well as the bunk room, equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Between these two spaces is a full bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo and hall access.

Beyond the kitchen, the green of the surrounding trees beckons you out to the screened porch overlooking the pool. The ceiling fan ensures comfort even on days without a strong breeze, and furnishings for calming and dining make this a magnificent spot to spend evenings with a drink in hand as the swimmers in your group splash below.
