The cavernous common area is bright and inviting, with recessed lighting throughout, relaxing sage green and white walls and accents in warm wood and sandy neutrals. Parlor on the couch to watch a favorite move on the sizable, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, or savor a hand of cards or evening meal at the sturdy dining table, which seats at least six comfortably. Four additional bar stools are available for the breakfast bar and sleek counter-height desk, an ideal perch for those who may still need to keep up with work or school while away from home. The completely supplied kitchen features gleaming stainless-steel appliances along with plenty of counter and storage space. A sliding barn door leads to the laundry room, where a full-sized washer and dryer are included so that sandy towels and swimsuits are ready for the next day’s adventures.

Just off the living room, the master bedroom features a king bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an attached private bath with a double vanity and step in shower. On the opposite side of the home, you’ll find the second bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and wall-mounted TV, as well as the bunk room, equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
