Renovated refreshed upstairs unit-beachside home just steps to the beach and Banks Channel with public access. This true gem is a classic 1942 beach home within a duplex is in a great location. The upper unit has 2 floors and is in walking distance to downtown and the Johnny Mercer Pier and Crystal Pier. The covered front wraparound front porch is ideal for people watching, outdoor dining or calming while taking in the salt air.

The Banks channel is just across the street just a few steps away to kayak, windsurf or watch the sunset and also located on the famed loop to walk or run day or nighttime.

Inside is the original pine walls, ceiling and floor. Front wrap around porch welcomes you to the entry to the home or backstairs entry to the laundry and kitchen, There is new furnishings and new appliances throughout the home making it an ideal getaway for a family visit to Wrightsville Beach. The first level features a roomy open living area with TV, a dining space that flows into the kitchen with painless porch access via sliding glass doors, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a ideal spot for relaxation and socializing. The residence features central heating/AC, complimentary high Wi-Fi, a completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a traditional coffee maker, Blender, Dishwasher, Microwave, and a french door refrigerator with an ice maker. The backstairs provides convenient access to the unit, complemented by a front-loading washer and dryer. The top-level offers (2) Queen bedrooms & (1) Full bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
I have added a chandelier in the staircase going up to the second floor and all white rockers on the front porch that are not shown but will update those photo's in May 2025.
House has keyless entry locks on both front door and back door and with a ring security at each door and in parking area.

Located within walking distance of Johnny Mercer Pier and Crystal Pier, eateries, Banks Channel, and shopping, This prime corner location is roughly 100 yards from the ocean, (160 Steps) offering direct beach and channel access.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
