The kitchen boast new stainless steal appliances, counter tops and state of the art wine cooler and new decor resides in each room giving you a really coastal vibe. You will find that the secondary living area upstairs has been elegantly converted into a 7th bedroom. There is certainly enough space for everybody to spread out and relax! On the first level, you will appreciate the roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with striking vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a real wood-burning fireplace! The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal fridges, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. You will adore the refreshed cabinets, countertops and lighting throughout. You will appreciate the convenience of the wet bar just off the kitchen. The sizable dining table has enough space for everybody to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
