You will find that the secondary living area upstairs has been attractively converted into a 7th bedroom. There is certainly enough space for everybody to spread out and relax! On the first level, you will appreciate the roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with gorgeous vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a real wood-burning fireplace! The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal fridges, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. You will adore the refreshed cabinets, countertops and lighting throughout. You will appreciate the convenience of the wet bar just off the kitchen. The huge dining table has enough space for everybody to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Bedroom #7 located on the 2nd floor has impressive vistas of the marsh and is complete with a Twin/Full bunkbed as well as a Twin/Twin bunkbed, sleeping 5. You will also find a modest seating area located in this room.

The 2nd level features Bedroom #3 complete with a Queen bed, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is complete with a King bed, TV, oceanside view and shared bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 complete with 2 King beds, TV, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.

Appreciate a good book and a cool drink while rocking your days away on the covered oceanfront deck, accepting the sounds of the ocean to soothe your soul.
