- Intelligent TV's in living room and master bedroom. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ supplied. Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services included.

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Non-returnable pet fee of $100 applies. Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals allowed. Please message us for pet approval PRIOR to booking.

- Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

- Located on Pelican Lane in between the beach access and charter fishing docks in the canal. Just a one min. walk in either direction to reach the beach access or canal.

• Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
• Find a copy of your local Wilmington, NC visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
