The home has a completely equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room with a front load washer/dryer. Appreciate your morning breakfast on the balcony. We have had numerous problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Kids and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people
