*Any grille included at the home is not cleaned nor maintained. Grille cleaning and propane tank refills operate on an honor system. Owners/Managers are NOT responsible for cleaning the grille or refilling propane gas tanks.

Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units. Outdoor hot and cold running water is generally available each year from April through October. Weather permitting, outdoor water can be turned on outside these dates by request.
