2025 guests will be able to appreciate the following planned improvements: a new sixth bedroom with its own full bath, the Starfish bedroom will be refreshed to serve as a combination bedroom and second living room - a ideal youth getaway for gaming or to get away and watch the game! Starting in 2025, "Making Memories" should accommodate up to 28 guests.

From the min. you step into this spectacular home, you will feel as if you have stepped into your own private beach getaway! Your family will be "Making Memories" that last a lifetime! Located in the esteemed gated community of Holden Beach West, you will enjoy the huge oceanside swimming pool, featuring a separate, round sitting pool, surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. You will have your toes in the sand in just a matter of mins. using your private beach boardwalk. After your day on the beach wash away the sand and sea in the private outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. For added convenience, you will enjoy the 7th bathroom, located on the ground level near the pool. Appreciate dining Al Fresco on the huge screened-in porch, complete with a humongous outdoor dining table and chairs. You will enjoy the new decking with a gas grille, and a yard enormous enough to play corn hole or bocce, as well as a giant covered sandbox for the kids to play in!

Professionally decorated with Inspirations of the Sea, you will adore the sizable open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area, with comfortable furnishings including a queen sleeper couch for added sleeping space (linens supplied for sleeper couch located in the laundry room) and enough room for the entire family to gather together while "Making Memories" and spending precious time together! (Living room fireplace is not available for guest use) The dining table and bar offer seating for 17, as well as a toddler table for 6.. The chef in your life will definitely LOVE cooking gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, offering double wall ovens, as well as an electric cooktop and gas range, an under counter ice maker, large refrigerator, and a wet bar with a wine cooler for added convenience. You will also appreciate the 2 washers & dryers, 2 refrigerator drawers, and a coffee bar with multiple coffee machines (Keurig and Ninja).

Accommodating up to 25 guests, Bedroom #1 (aka Jellyfish) is located on the 1st floor, and is complete with three double bunk beds with 2 trundles (sleeping 8!), flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 (aka Octopus) is located on the 1st floor, and is complete with a King bed and a Twin bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, balcony access, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 (aka Starfish) is located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a Queen bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 (aka Shark) is a Master Suite located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a King bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and double vanity. Bedroom #5 (aka Seagull) is located on the 2nd floor, and is complete with a Queen bed and a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bath with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, on the 2nd floor you will discover a cozy second living area with a couch and chair, and desk/office space.

You will appreciate the outdoor storage area included for guests to store their bicycles or kayaks, and a second storage area to store smaller beach items.
