Please do not be alarmed by my lack of reviews :-) I have been using a different site for the past two years and currently have 72 reviews and Superhost status there.

Ideal location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely painless access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Savor a drink in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Conveniences include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Cape Fear Museum and Bellamy Mansion Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Burgwin-Wright House and Latimer House. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Trask Coliseum or Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
