  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
