Oceanfront condo located on the sixth floor, and has a ocean view.. The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There are twin bunk beds and a queen size in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has superb and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
