New Carolina Beach Listing

We named this coastal themed 2BR 2BTH condo “Point of View” for a reason. This 3rd floor top unit offers spectacular oceanfront vistas of the sand and sea. From the additional sizable balcony slider door and huge sidewall window you have premium unobstructed viewing. A picture ideal getaway right in front of you. The oceanfront covered deck offers comfortable seating along with a modest table. Ideal for appreciating your morning coffee while taking in the morning sunrise. Be sure to keep your eye out for the dolphins that can be seen swimming right in front of the condo. Being a top floor unit ensures there will not be anyone above you, thus offering a peaceful, relaxing and private experience.

This condo is located in a prime area of Carolina Beach with a wide beach span in front of you. Located in between the boardwalk and the Carolina Beach pier you have simple access to eateries, bars, stores, and stores. The boardwalk is only 7 blocks away (a 10 min. walk) as well the canal area where the chartered fishing boats go out. Be sure to check out their daily catches as they return to the marina.

The condo has been completely modernized and refreshed. Luxury vinyl plank driftwood floor is throughout the entire space, with area rugs in the rooms and hallway. The kitchen has new white ceiling height cabinets and lower cabinets, white quartz countertops, nice appliances, coffee pot, white subway tile backsplash and recessed lighting. It is supplied with essentials needed for your stay. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs for dining, board games and puzzles.

The living room is entirely furnished with a couch and chairs, coffee table and modern lighting. There is a 55” wall mounted intelligent TV. Wifi is supplied for streaming through your provider via netflix, amazon, disney+ etc. There is also an antenna for access to all local channels.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 likewise, comfortable twin beds. Both have quality linens and pillows. The master bath has a walk in shower and the hall bath has a tub and shower. Both bathrooms have quality towels, hand soap, and toilet paper.

There is ample storage in dresser drawers for your items. The master closet is locked and labeled "owners" but the closet in the second bedroom is available for items needed to be hung. In addition to the master closet, the hallway closet and the cabinet above the refrigerator are locked and labeled as well. Please do not attempt to open these. Any attempt and or damage to the locked areas will result in loss of security deposit.

There is a washer/dryer in the hall bath behind a folding door. Laundry soap will be included for your convenience.

You will need to provide your own beach chairs, or there are multiple rental options available. Please be mindful of sand and try to keep sand coming into the unit at a minimum. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off chairs, beach toys, etc. Please also shake sand out of beach towels, blankets, etc. as sand will collect in the washing machine causing damage. Excessive amounts of sand left in the unit will result in added cleaning costs.

No self tanners or hair dyes are allowed. They will stain the furnishings and linens. No furnishings, linens, etc. are allowed to be taken outside of the condo and the furnishings should not be moved around inside. No smoking allowed. No family pets allowed.

There is 2 designated parking spots for 2 cars only. The parking spots are covered under the left side of the building. Parking is tight for enormous trucks. Modest and mid size cars/SUV’s recommend.

Tricks and tips to get the perfect vacation property experience:

Get the most from your budget:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To find the best rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Look for your local Wilmington, NC visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines have discounts for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

How to select the perfect vacation rental in the Wilmington, NC area:

  • Start by selecting your trip dates and a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. NEW LISTING!!!! Beautiful Ocean Front View! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before booking the property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what bed configuration is optimal for your trip.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, you will need a pet-friendly rental. Get specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

Additional considerations:

  • Add the owner's phone number to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect your property!
  • Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
