Unwind and appreciate the countless sun, vistas, waves and sand at this gorgeous ocean front home. Take a walk down your private pier to the beach and take it all in. Unwind in the shade of the private gazebo or on the ocean side decks while watching the pool and the waves. No lugging beach gear across the road or down the street! The kitchen is completely supplied with TWO fridges. Two bedrooms have private baths. This home is ideal for two huge families. It will sleep 20, but has dinner seating for 16. We appreciate our new home and couldn't be happier to share it with you and your family to make memories of your own.

• Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
