Come "Sea" us at this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located right on South Beach. With striking vistas of the dunes and ocean, this home gives the ideal floor plan for your family vacation. Located at the end of the culdesac and beach access right next to the home, you are sure to savor much needed Bald Head Time in this great home. All bedrooms except one have king beds with their own attached bathroom. This home has been refreshed top to bottom and nothing has been left from the details. The downstairs has the living space and one bedroom and the other three bedrooms located upstairs to take in that view! Sit on the enormous deck and appreciate your morning coffee or favorite drink while feeling the ocean breeze. This home has access to the BHI club as well as the shoals club for separate purchase!

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South Beach, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to visit Bald Head Island & When to book:

• Summer time is high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Wilmington, NC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Lock your rental home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
