This condo is furnished attractively with beach style furnishings, comforters and decor. The kitchen has been completely refreshed with new appliances, countertops, cabinets and backsplash. A brand new feature is the drink center with additional space for adult beverages as well as family friendly drinks. The kitchen, dining area, LR and hallway have a handsome fresh coat of relaxing light gray paint. There are TVs (5 total) in all rooms and comfortable deck furnishings. Sleeping 11, it is ideal for families, golfers and couples. Two families or three or four couples without kids will find this the ideal vacation rental.

Within 2-5 mins. you are on the wide, flat beach, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts or at the beach club with its oceanside pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar and outdoor restaurant.
