This is a guest favorite year after year because of the great access to the beach and pier. Simple Livin has a sundeck and screened front porch, ceiling fans and TVs in every room, and two king bedrooms. Guest log in streaming available on all TVs, as well as Merge TV. The screened in porch is ideal for the morning coffee or listening to the waves roll in. Traditional floor plan with two bedrooms on each side of the common area. Located in Sunset Beach, this cottage is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
