This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is charmingly decorated with a gorgeous coffee porch off of the primary bedroom, king in upstairs primary, 2 twin beds upstairs and queen in downstairs, enormous wrap around porch screened in the back. TVs in all bedrooms. OLED TV in living room. Great vistas 50 yard walk to the beach. Kayaks available for use. Fenced in back yard. This is third row home in the middle of two really nice beach accesses. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs medium size.

We do have a gas grille and a charcoal grille.

  • Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
