It's a additional living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers definitely impressive ocean and marsh vistas. This “Captain's Perch”, with its constructed-in seating, offers a fantastic spot for watching the beautiful Oak Island sunsets from up high! As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
